Hair loss, dandruff, seborrhoea or hair dryness are all worrying conditions for those who suffer them.
We live in a society in which image is an important element of daily life and determines the behaviour or attitude of people around us. How many times have you asked yourself when you look in the mirror: why is my hair falling out? Why have I got dandruff? Why is my hair so rough? Why is it so oily? To try and avoid these anomalies insofar as is possible, we recommend the following advice:
º.- It is advisable to wash hair frequently, according to the needs of each scalp, providing a light massage for three minutes to activate blood supply.
º.- Shampoo twice, first dampening the hair and always applying adequate, non-aggressive products which respect the ph of our scalp.
º.- The rinsing water should not be hot, better to start with warm water and end with cold water, which will give our hair both volume and shine.
º.- Do not manipulate your hair to excess, and even less so with dirty hands.
º.- Avoid the use of hats as they impede good transpiration and ventilation.
º.- Brush hair daily, with a soft-haired brush, always when it is dry as damp hair is more fragile and vulnerable.
º.- Use tints with low ammonia content.
º.- Dry hair in the fresh air. Do not abuse the hair dryer, if it is used it should be at low temperatures and at a certain distance from the hair. First dry with a towel to eliminate excess wetness.
º.- The continued use of hair grips and hair bands sticks bunches of hair together, making the scalp more visible and thereby increasing the degree of hair fragility.
º.- Taut ponytails and combs force the follicle too much, favouring hair loss.
º.- If we go to the beach or the pool, rinse out the salt or chlorine with fresh water and protect from solar rays.
º.- Avoid stress and insomnia, sleeping eight hours favours cellular renewal.
º.- Eat a diet rich in vitamins A and B, oligoelements and essential fatty acids which strengthen and feed from within our strands of hair, giving them a healthy appearance.
