The hair treatments and laser depilation treatments are carried out in our Medical Cosmetic Centre, duly authorised by the Ministry of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The interventions are carried out in hospitals with the most modern and advanced operating theatres in Barcelona and authorised by the Ministry of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The International Centre of Advanced Medicine CIMA is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of an exclusive district of the city of Barcelona, Sarria-Sant Gervasi, the main building is a new and unique structure with double-glazed facade. The premises have seven floors and a basement with a total of 9.100m2.
PRE-ANAESTHESIA AREA
In the pre-anaesthesia area the induction of patients with local or general anaesthetic is initiated for those undergoing an intervention.
All interventions are performed under the supervision of an experienced team of anaesthetists.
SURGICAL AREA
CIMA has five operating theatres measuring 52 square metres and arranged in a parallel line along the central sterile corridor.
The operating theatres are large and modern, with the equipment suspended on articulated towers, enabling us to change the configuration of the operating theatre within a very short time. This arrangement reduces the preparation time in the operating theatres between operations.
RESUCITATION AREA
Before entering the outpatient or hospital admission surgery stations the patients are controlled by the nursing staff and by the anaesthesia team in the resuscitation area.
HOSPITALIZATION
All the rooms in the centre are large, comfortable and up to the standard of a top hotel.
A nursing unit on each floor provides a 24-hour service to attend to the healthcare needs of these patients.
