I had spent many years trying all types of solutions for my hair loss, spending a fortune in doing so. I had a big complex and felt that everyone was focussing on my head. I found out about the Clinical Capillary Institute from a friend who was having treatment for an excessively greasy scalp, and they told me about the unifollicular hair transplant as the only definitive solution to my problem. It took me a while to decide as I was a bit frightened; you hear so many things... The truth is that the intervention went very well, I was relaxed and calm, the team was fantastic, and you feel at home. They took care of me at all times, both before and after the intervention. I was only at home for 2 days and pain-free, they make you use some thermal water sprays and after 4 days they wash your hair. What is harder is waiting for the hair to grow; it took 2 months before I could even see the tips of the hairs emerging. It is now six and a half months since I had it done and it’s now much easier to comb my hair, and I no longer feel like everyone is staring at me in the street. Oh! And I can’t even see the scar at the back; even my mother has trouble finding it when she looks at me. I just wish I’d had it done sooner and not spent so much money on products that do nothing for you. I would recommend it to everyone who has this complex.

I had a hair transplant with the old punching technique some 13 years ago and I ended up with dolls hair. Since then I have had to get up early every morning to spend time combing my hair, putting on gels and lacquers to try and hide the “cascades” on my head. Fed up, I decided to finally have the grafts removed by laser depilation. Luckily, I went to the Clinical Capillary Institute, where they advised me not to remove them but to have a new transplant to disguise the old grafts. I decided to have a hair transplant a month ago, after seeing the results of a friend of mine, it looked so natural that I didn’t even realise he had a hair transplant, I just noticed he had more hair so I asked him what he was doing.
